Oled burn in vs image retention

A faint remnant that fades with normal varied content differs from persistent image wear, but one short check cannot certify either.

Run the check

  1. Show neutral gray and several solid colors at moderate brightness.

  2. Return to normal moving content and note whether the remnant changes over time.

  3. Consult the display maker's care instructions before using any image-cleaning feature.
